The dissertation is devoted to the problem of preparation of future primary school teachers to use information technologies. The state of the problem is analyzed in the scientific-pedagogical literature. The criteria of teacher's readiness to use information technologies are determined. The model of informatic preparation of teachers for the specialty "Primary Education" is developed. Pedagogical conditions of the primary school teacher's preparation to use information technologies.
