Essay

There were studied general, genetic and obstetrical-gynecological anamnesis, characteristics of pregnancy, delivery,and post-natal period and the nearest results of development newborns of 221 pregnants with birth defects of fetus and 157 pregnants of group of risk. It was established that the mother’s and father’s factors of profession, harmful factors before pregnancy and during early terms of it, chronic gynecological diseases of mother during pregnancy have the same and the highest influence on defects’ origin. The forming of a group of risk’s appearing of the birth defects among pregnants made an improvement their prophylaxis, timely diagnostics, decreasing of perinatal mortality.
