Nelipa D. The features of social partnership institualization (political analysis).

The dissertation is devoted to the researching of social partnership institualization in two spheres of social life, i.e. civil society and legal state in the context of their interaction. For the first time in domestic political science institualization process in civil society is proved to allow for legitimating of the social partnership by basic subjects of social and labour relations; in the line of legal state responsibility it is formal and legal fixing of the rules for functioning of trade unions, alliances of employers, bodies of their cooperation. It is proved that reinforcement of functions of the state in regulating social and labour relations based on the principles of social partnership and rising of its responsibility for the state and level of social sphere development is a determinate result of evolution of the forms of state intervention into economic relations, change of employee-employer relations nature. System character of social partnership is specified and its basic models are characterized. Prerequisites of emergence and development of social partnership in Ukraine are analyzed in complex in the dissertation, the characteristics of its institualization, the main of which is simultaneity of forming of social partnership and civil society, are specified.
