Vusatyy R. Virulence of Pseudocercosporella herpotrichoides (Fron.) Deighton and development of donors creating methods of winter wheat resistance against eyespot pathogene

Object of researches: relations of plants of a winter wheat and the causal organism eyespot with the purpose of building genetically protected grades. The purpose: to learn a virulence Ps. herpotrіchoіdes and to develop methods of building of donors of resistance of a winter wheat to the causal organism eyespot. Methods: field, laboratory - field, laboratory. Novelty: the virulence Ps. herpotrіchoіdes is investigated and effective genotypes of resistance to a population wide-spread in Ukraine eyespot are revealed. Results: prevalence and injuriousness eyespot fixed. The structure of pathogenicity of a population of the causal organism is investigated. The technique of differentiation of a population of the causal organism behind an attribute of a virulence is built. Effective genotypes of resistance to a population of the causal organism wide-spread in Ukraine Ps. herpotrіchoіdes are revealed. Character of inheritance of resistance to eyespot at hybrids F1 and F2 is investigated. Sphere (range) use: agriculture.
