Golovetskyy I. Improvement of an evaluation of parent colonies in technology of a rearing of bees queen

An object is colonies of bees of the Ukrainian breed, workers bees and queens of different genealogical groups of the created pedigree type, "Khmelnitskiy". Purpose - to perfect estimation of parent bees colonies after the complex of signs of exterior and productive qualities of bees and to raise efficiency of their use in the rearing of pure breed queens of Khmelnitskiy pedigree type of the Ukrainian bees. Methods - zootechnical, biochemical, micrometrical, phenological and statistical. Novelty - consists in experimental substantiation of a complex estimation of pure breed and productive qualities of parent colonies of the Ukrainian breed of bees in technology of rearing of queens. The first demonstration stability of indexes of exterior of the bees got from the queens of next generations, in comparison with colonies by the founders of genealogical groups, found out an intercolonies difference them after the level of activity of invertasa of hypopharyngeal glands. The experimental findings complementknowledge about the degree of pure breed of womanish individuals of the bees colonies got from queens in the conditions of free pairing with drones, that assist preservation of their productive qualities in the process of reproduction in half-closed population.Are investigated exterior features of bees of parent colonies of different genealogical groups of the created Khmelnitskiy pedigree type and accordance to their general requirements of standard of the Ukrainian breed (length of proboscis, cubical index, dicoidal displacement, the form beeswaxof mirror of fifth sternite).Results of researches is used in practical and educational process.
