The dissertation is devoted scientifical motivation of using of nonconventional raw material (waste products mints, fennel, a sage, issope and lofante to development of technology of fodder additives with their using. Changes, which pass in process of extrusion of soya seeds, are established. Technological properties and chemical content of waste products ether-oil cultures are investigated: mints, fennel, a sage, issope and lofante. The opportunity of producing of extruded fodder mixes is determined on the basis of grain raw material and soya seeds. The technology of extruded fodder mixes producing and technology of producing of fodder additives with using of nonconventional raw material are developed and scientifically proved. The normative-technical documentation on extruded feed compound is developed. Prognosing economical effect from using of developed compound recipes with additing the extruded feed additives is accounted.
