Object: ecology-economic relations for use the land as the bases and the main resource of agricaltural production. Aim: the development theoretical and methodical bases of the account ecological quality ground in estimation of the lands of the agricultural purpose. Methods: abstract and logic, accounting-constructive, comparisons; graphic; much criterions of the choice. Results: development of economic bases and mechanisms of the account ecological quality ground in estimation agricultural lands. New ness: is deepened economic essence of the notion "quality of ground"; the methodical bases of the determination of the economic estimation of the agricultural lands is advanced with provision for corrective factor comparatively ecological quality of ground, which is formed on base of the system of the diagnostic factors of master ground; the methodical approach is advanced for estimations of the economic damage from soiling the lands with provision for expenseses on reconstruction and period of the influence of the contamination; is it for the first time organized ecology-economic estimation of the soiling the lands, which takes into account on miscellaneous level management efficiency production and quality of the consumption to agricultural product; the offered system organizing action for using the estimation ecological quality ground as bases deepenning of economic mechanism of management land resource.
