Object of research: process of capital management at Ukrainian industrial enterprises; purpose of research: theoretical substantiation of essence and structure of organizational economic mechanism of capital management at the enterprise and development of methodical maintenance of its formation and perfection in conditions of transitional economy; technique of research: methods of theoretical generalization, analysis and synthesis, comparative analysis, statistical analysis, system approach, situational approach, method of expert estimations, economic-mathematical modelling, graphic; theoretical and practical results: methodical approach to formation of organizational economic mechanism of capital management at the enterprise on the basis of coordination of capital management purposes with the purposes of functional subsystems of management, scientific-methodical bases of development of organizational economic mechanism of capital management at the enterprise, technique of complex estimation of capital management efficiency at the enterprise on the basis of construction of a generalizing integrated parameter, methodical approach to formation of the integrated strategy of capital management at the enterprise on the basis of a complex of local strategies of functional subsystems which take part in capital management, adding the list of characteristics of the capital of the enterprise due to inclusion in its structure such characteristics of the capital as cash flows and material flows, analysis of development of logistical functions of the enterprise in process of management of movement of capital flows due to use of expert estimation of procuring, manufacturing and distributive minorant functions of logistics, analysis of efficiency of cash flow management of the enterprise on the basis of substantiation of necessity to use parameters of volume, dynamics and structure of cash flows; practical value of the obtained results is determined by orientation of conclusions, recommendations and author's techniques on increase of capital management efficiency at the enterprises in modern conditions of managing; subject and degree of introduction: development is introduced into practical activities at SE “Malishev Plant”, “Kharkov Tractor Factory of S.
