Object of research: processes of development and functioning of the enterprises; the purpose of work: a substantiation and development of sepa-rate theoretical aspects of the analysis of devel-opment and functioning of the enterprises as complex system and practical methods of man-agement of strategy of their development; a tech-nique of research and equipment: methods of the economic and statistical analysis, theory of gra-phes, econometrical methods, system approach, optimization methods; theoretical and practical results: the methodical approach to management strategy of development the enterprises, methodi-cal recommendations to systematic and aspects analysis of activity and development of the enter-prises, methodical development to the analysis of internal and external environments of the oil-extracting enterprises, methodic of an industry is developed, technique of strategy research of de-velopment of the industry enterprises, methodical recommendations on portfolio to the analysis of capital investments in deposits of the enterprises of oil-extracting branch, the mechanism of con-struction of system of the purposes of develop-ment and functioning of the enterprises of oil-extracting branch, system of interrelations of the basic economic parameters of efficiency of de-velopment and functioning of the enterprises; the practical value of the received results consists that the theoretical situations in the dissertation are given by dissertant in the concrete offers on de-velopment, realization and management of strat-egy of development of the enterprises of oil-extracting branch; subject and degree of introduc-tion: the development are entered into activity of oil-extracting management "Dolinanaftogas" and Borislavsky, in educational process of Ivan Franko’s Drogobich state university of pedagogy; sphere of use: activity of the enterprises, educa-tional process.process.
