Object - vessel's operation in transport-technological system (ТТS); the purpose - increase of efficiency of Ro-Ro TTS functioning by development of theoretical and methodical positions for Ro-Ro vessels organization and management; methods - theories of systems and system's analysis, transport's system and logistic, the theory of marketing and project management, the theory of multitude and graphs, liner and dynamic programming; novelty - the structurally-functional analysis of Ro-Ro TTS for the first time was carried out and it's model developed; for the first time the functional description of process is offered to identification by the shipping company of the industrial situations; sistem of decision-making supports was developed; results - positions for increase of efficiency of Ro-Ro TTS organization and management were developed; introduction - applied results were implemented in work organization in Stevedoring Company " Ironimpex-Ukraine", on board of Ro-Ro vessels "Roland Delmas" and " Romain Delmas". Area of use - sea transport.
