Lobunets V. Investment cooperation development in joint business undertaking in agriculture

Object of research: is the process of investments cooperation in joint entrepreneurial activity in agrarian production of Ukraine and development features of some joint ventures in different industries of agrarian sphere. The purpose of research: shaping the economic mechanism of the investment cooperation development in joint business undertaking in agriculture. Methods: Dialectical method of cognition and systems approach, receptions of abstract-logical method, in particular: analysis, synthesis, induction and deduction, analogy and comparison. In analytical researches the methods of comparison, graphic and tabular image were used. Theoretical and practical results: worded scientific positions serves the central to decision theoretical and practical problems of the investment cooperation development in joint business undertaking in agriculture. Research novelty: It is firstly scientifically motivated a notion "investment cooperation in joint entrepreneurial activity" and conceptual positions of investment cooperation development, including the measures system of selective state stimulation; it is also extended and specified the notion "joint ventures" as an organizational form of investment cooperation; the factors of investment cooperation development in agrarian production are systematized; it is motivated suggestions concerning the improvement of financial and economical relations of investment cooperation participants; principles of joint ventures forming on the basis of investments cooperation obtained development. Extent of inculcate: results to thesis's are introduced in the joint company's „Agros", „ADVIS-DOPPSTADT", „Interagro Skwira" of Kyivskoy area. Effectiveness: will assist shaping of the investment cooperation development in agriculture. Sphere, branch of using: agroindustrial production of Ukraine.
