Stepanenko D. Electric and ionized air environment effect on sweet cherry fruit guarantied storage life

Object of research - storage of fruits of a sweet cherry in the electroionized air environment; the purpose of research - improvement of technology of storage of fruits of a sweet cherry with use of air ionized by an electric current ; methods of statistical processing of experimental data and the received dependences with use of computer programs " MS Office Excel 2000 " and package "МаthCad", methods of an estimation of qualitative changes of the product determined in state standard are used. The opportunity of use for storage of fruits of a sweet cherry of air ionized by an electric current , received is proved by means of the patented device. Optimum modes of ionization of air are established. It is revealed influence of ionized air on intensity of breath, dynamics of some biochemical parameters and physicomechanical properties of fruits of a sweet cherry. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches the technology of storage of fruits of a sweet cherry in the electroionized air environment is advanced, allowing to receive production with the minimal losses both high biochemical parameters. The offered technology technology is introduced in industrial - commercial cooperative society "Cold". Branch - storage of production.
