The dissertation is devoted to complex analysis of theoretical and practical matters, connected with legal regulation of civil agreements in the conditions of special legal regime of business activity in a Free Economic Zone and on the territory of priority development. The dissertation investigates peculiarities of special legal regime of business activity in Free Economic Zone and on the territory of priority development. The author investigates peculiarities of legal regulation of business activity in Free Economic Zone and on the territory of priority development. Concepts of Subject of Business Activity in Free Economic Zone and on the territory of priority development and their legal position are analyzed. Peculiarities of the procedure of civil – legal contracts making and characteristic of most typical for business activity on the territory of Free Economic Zone and on the territory of priority development are investigated. The analysis of civil – legal liability and peculiarities of civil – legal sanctions usage and other methods of effect against Subject of Business Activity on the territories with the special regime of business activity was made. The questions of securing the guarantees for protection of Subject’s of Business Activity right in Free Economic Zone and on the territory with special investment regime are investigated. As the result of made analysis the concrete suggestions connected with laws improvement for implementing of Free Economic Zone or territory with the special investment regime were made.
