Essay

Bird neuroendocrine regulation of cooling adaptation. To discover the brain neuromediators and hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid system contribute in dynamics of chronical cooling stress-reaction. Investigate methods: histological, morphometrical, biochemical and statistical. It is shown that brain M-cholin and alpha-adrenergic systems contribute in chronical cooling stress-reaction adaptation by stimutate hypothalamic-pituitary-thyroid system. Also discovered that oksitocynhave direct influence on thyroid gland and intensify it cooling adaptation. The aim of this research was development our theoretical knowledge about central neuroendocrine mechanisms of thyroid regulation and contribute of thyroid hormons in thermogenesis. The resalts of this research was introduce in special courses "Hystophisiology of neuroendocrine systems" and "Postembrial developmental biology".
