Essay

The modern features of respiratory diseases aggravation dynamics are established, there are especial bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis, in conditions of combined action of natural (weather, climate, heliogeomagnetic activity) and anthropogenous (growing pollution of an atmosphere by a motor transport and industrial enterprises on a background of consequences of radioactive pollution after accidens on CAES) factors of environment. The medical classifications of biotropic of weather in relation to the patients with bronchial asthma and chronic bronchitis in conditions of the large city, are scientifically proved and designed, and infoduced in public health service, that for the first time take into account combined action of essentially different mechanisms of influence on people's bodies of natural (infringement of biological rhythms of functions of bodies and systems bodies) and anthropogenous (infringement of dynamics of atmospheric pollution at the certain types of weather) factors of environment.
