Object: entrepreneurial activity dealing with industrial products innovation under the circumstances of the competitive environment. Goal: elaboration of theoretical, methodological and practical principles of marketing orientation of enterprises in the process of industrial products innovation with due respect to the peculiarities of market transformation in Ukraine. Methods: logical generalization, economic-statistical analysis, economic-mathematical modeling. Results: the principles of strategic management of production innovation on the base of marketing and mechanisms of marketing strategy realization are formulated. Use: in the practice of textile enterprises, in the educational process.
