The thesis is devoted to code converters (CC) of residual classes system (SRK) codes and Fibonacci codes designing methods and researching on the basis of known methods of designing; existing scheme realizations of residual classes system (SRK) codes converters into a base-2 system are analyzed with the purpose of promptitude increase of converters; the structure of the SRK codes converter in a binary code is investigated; opportunities of application of Fibonacci codes in functionally oriented devices (FOD) are analyzed and the way for codes transformation and promptitude increases is developed; system designing Fibonacci codes converters into binary code is executed with the purpose of an optimum structure finding; models and algorithms of FOD designing as a program complex with expanded Petri networks usage are realized in the work. The following results during researches implementation are received: the algorithm of system designing of SRK codes converters in the binary code basing strategy of devices decomposition on blocks and uses multiunit (FE) is developed; the new original structure of Fibonacci codes converters in a binary code with promptitude in one step
