Didactical model of educational special subject “Knowledge of materials of sewing production” is theoretically motivated and worked out. Model of integration of knowledge of such subject as knowledge of materials in the professional training of future specialists of sewing production is worked out. The analysis of psychological, pedagogical and methodological literature is made. The problem of introduction of didactical integration to the educational upbringing process is analyzed, different approaches to the definition of the concept “integration” are examined. The methodology of creation of pupils entire system of knowledge about the quality of sewing materials on the basis of integration is worked out.
