Work contains theoretical and experimental researches of technology of special footwear production using new fireproof structures for strengthening а bottom of footwear and materials. On the basis of theoretical and experimental researches are developed the new glutinous composition with the raised fireproof properties and the technological process of an application of recommended GC. The mathematical model of а definition of the structures of а glutinous compositions is developed. The dependence of а durability of GC on the contents of antimony trioxide and from temperature is determined by creation of interpolational polynomial of Lagrange. Two working hypotheses are offered: physical based on rise in temperature and chemical - the structurization. The researches on working off of the modes and perfection of technological process with application of microwave energy are lead. А method of consequent simplex planning is applied for the search an optimum at definition of an optimum modes of pasting withapplication of а microwave energy. Requirements tо manufacturing GC with the raised thermal properties and to technological processes with application of such compositions for assembly the footwear basing are established. Designs of а special footwear from heat-resistant leather and covered by а special fire-resistant composition are developed. Physic mechanical features of new materials after endurance in thermostat are investigated at temperature 200С. And а technological process of an assembly of preparation and assembly of а special footwear with the application of а microwave-energy is developed. Results of work are introduced into manufacturing at shoe enterprises: "Kiyani", "Zenkis", "Elita stile", "Vegas", "Sokalskiy". Results of the dissertation are used in educational process of the Kiev national university of technologies and design.
