Essay

The dissertation is devoted to development and a substantiation of treatment technique for patients with the mixed Trichomonas vaginalis and bacterial infection on the basis of studying epidemiology, causative microorganisms, clinical features, and components of microbe associations. Value of bacterial microflora laboratory research from a genital tract of patients with genital trichomoniasis for of treatment optimization and prevention of complications is proved. The new method of treatment with use of metronidazole infusion and intramuscular introduction of cephalosporin antibiotics in combination with laser therapy is developed. The method has secure normalization of clinical features and elimination of Trichomonas vaginalis for 25,4 % better in comparison with traditional treatments.
