Essay

This work is dedicated to the ontological foundation of legal reality. As being’s basis of it author proposes a phenomena of law situation. This point of view gives an opportunity to grasp a law’s being not only in ideal dimension of norms and rules, but also in the concrete situation, that’s conceived by the human on the base of law. In order to reach this aim, author clarifies ontological structure of law and modes of human true existence in law situation. Also in this work problems of law order, hermeneutic circle in law, justice, freedom and responsibility are researched.
