It was fixed, that the researched composition had shown the anti-inflammatory, analgesic and chondroprotective activity. The unconditional advantage of the combined application is the decreasing of the effective dose of composition, counted by sodium diclofenac up to 4, 04 mg/kg and modification of its toxicological characteristics (according to the dates of acute toxicity the researched composition is less toxical approximately in 10 times in comparison with the sodium diclofenac). During studying the influence of the composition of glucosamine hydrochloridum and sodium diclofenac on biochemical and hystomorphological indexesof experimental animals with posttraumatic osteoarthrosis its have been fixed it high pharmacological activity, namely anti-inflammatory and chondroprotective activity. Anti-inflammatory activity of the composition is realizing basically for the account of potentive activity of sodium diclofenac, chondroprotective activity is due to glucosamine hydrochloridum. It have been investigated the potentiative mechanism of sodium diclofenac by aminosugar glucosamine with the method of fluorescence analysis, therefore have been fixed the higher affinity to membranes of sodium diclofenac at the presence of the aminosugar glucosamine
