Object - industrial and innovational activity of the dairy industry of Ukraine, the enterprises of the dairy industry of the Cherkassk region; the purpose of research - a substantiation of scientific - methodical approaches and mechanisms of development of innovational activity and definition of conditions of use of innovations for increase of efficiency of the enterprises of the dairy industry; methods - the theoretical and methodological basis of research are logic development of ideas of the known foreign scientific concepts known foreign and domestic scientists in sphere of industrial innovations. During work such methods were used: the regular analysis (the marketing concept of the organization, management and monitoring of the market of innovations), a dialectic method, methods of the economic - statistical and mathematical analysis (formation commodity – assortment production), forecasting etc.; Novelty - in the dissertation tendencies, results and the offers aimed at the decision of the concrete scientific purpose to development of the methodological device, methods and mechanisms of activization of innovational activity in the dairy industry in conditions of globalization of the world economy and the future integration of Ukraine from EU, and also practical approaches to its introduction are stated; results - the technique of research of the innovational factor of increase of a production efficiency in dairy industry a subcomplex is proved on the basis of such parameters, as a gain of commercial effect, increase of volumes of manufacture of high technology production and increase of interest of the introduced innovations; branch - the mechanism of escalating of innovational potential of the enterprises of the dairy industry in conditions of increase of a competition.
