The object is the resource providing of reproduction of labour potential of agrarian sphere, mainly incomes and expenditures of rural area households; the research purpose - with the purpose of formation of the competitive agricultural production and other industries of agrofood sphere theoretic-methodological principles of forming and use of resource base of reproduction of labour potential of agrarian sphere and substantiation the directions of its strengthening; the methods used are abstractly-logical, calculation-structural, statistical groupings, graphic; the novelty is development of theoretical and methodological principles of forming and use of resource base of reproduction of labour potential in the agrarian sphere including regional aspect and substantiation of the directions of its strengthening; the results are the complex research of the existent condition, exposure of general and regional features of the resource providing of rural households, substantiation of the suggestions to directions of improvement of the resource providing; the field is improvement of relationship between the subjects of market economy.
