Essay

The work extended presents pathogenic theories of low back pain in men with accompanying chronic prostatitis. The relations between lumbosacral osteochondrosis and chronic prostatitis in low back pain formation were revealed. Different functional and organic neurological breaches of periferal nervous system are arising during low back pain formation. It was proved that low back pain has similar cliniconeurological symptomocomplex in patients with lumbosacral osteochondrosis and vertebrogenous pathology and with accompanying diseases of small pelvis. But it was proved that more expressive and vegetative painted painful symptom with sensory breaches prevalence on the territory with involving in other dermatomers is inherent in men with accompanying pathology. The role of aseptic inflammation and comparison of clinical picture expressiveness with intensity of histological alteration in tissues of herniated disks was determined thanks to the results of morphohistological research with microbiological verification of herniated disks which was taken during the operation.
