Essay

The attempt of complex research of politico-lawful processes of national deportation from the Crimean Autonomous Republic during the World War II was made in the dissertation. According to these researches there was given a definition of the conception of national deportation, the classification of the deportation in national, social and religious signs was made. It was proved that the lawful principles of the deportation of the Crimea’s peoples were appointed by the normative acts of the authorities of the USSR.
