In the dissertation research into social-juridical essence of administrative-law status citizen of Ukraine. Analyzed theoretical concepts of contents of administrative-law status citizen of Ukraine, fix a kinds of administrative-law status citizen and its constructive elements. Analyze place and part of State into administrative-law relations and has influence on realize by citizen own rights, freedoms and acting. Investigate problems of regulation by law of administrative-law status citizen into Ukrainian legislative. On the basis of making research open proposes to change Ukrainian legislative in this branch, content development juridical guaranties for better realize by citizen own rights and acting.
