Martynyuk R. Realization of the power functions division principle in modern Ukraine: political and legal analysis.

Essence of the power functions division principle and its connection with the state authority unity principle, process of realization of the power functions division principle in modern Ukraine, problems which accompany the above mentioned process are studied in the thesis. Main problem aspects are determined in the system of power branches co-operation. Ways and forms of their overcoming are also drawn. The problem of working out Ukraine higher public authorities mechanism of cooperation and structural collaboration is described in the context of the state authority unity principle realization. The prospects of the parliamentary-presidential form of rule assertion in modern Ukraine are forecast. Main difficulties that will objectively complicate the process are analysed.
