In the framework of the thesis are examined the theoretical and practical aspects of the economic-organizing mechanism to assure the breakeven of the enterprises. As a consequence, one proposes the methodological approach of a " multi graded" analysis of the financial and economic state of enterprise. One elaborated the techniques of reforming the enterprises on the basis of its complex restructuring. One proposed the economic-organizing mechanism of coordination of activity of the state authorities to quarantee the breakeven of the enterprises.
