Essay

The dissertation is aimed to analyze the radionuclides uptake by plants after the arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi treatments. Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi from the Chernobyl exclusion zone were first isolated. New AM fungi isolates are represented with Glomus geosporum and Glomus intraradices. The AM fungi inocula was obtained from the isolated spores and this inocula was used for the modification of radionuclides transport into the plants.
