Martshuk L. Economi evaluation and regulation of processes of company transformation

In the thesis the efficiency of determination of the sense of transformations is justified basing on the categories of business-processes and process of management. In addition the classification by the peculiarities of direction, view, form, nature of the goals and strategic directivity of changes and way of achievement of the purposes of transformation was improved. Economic evaluation of transformation is proposed to execute basing on the potential of transformation and probability of bankruptcy on the basis of application of econometric models and factors of benchmarking estimation. Regulation of transformation is proposed to conduct on the basis of qualified staff re-structuring, applying of progressive methods of corporate control and branch cooperation of firms applying matrix matching of the potential allies.
