The dissertation contains the complex research of the limits and restrictions of a right of property. This work analyses the main principles of a right of property, the scientific approaches to the revealing of its limits and restrictions. It is determined the conception, essence and particularity of these legal categories, it is shown their influence on the owner authority, their implementation and defence. It is determined the types of the limits and restrictions of a right of property, it is proposed their system. It is given the comparative analyses of the concept of the limits and restrictions of a right of property and obligations of the owner as well; it is pointed out the ways of the contradiction of the owner ability as to the realization of his authority; it is proved that the coercive termination of a right of property is to be considered as a restriction as by their the owner is limited in connection with the free disposal of his property.
