Scientific work is devoted reduction frequencies obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with preeclampsia at previous gestation on the basis of studying vegetative nervous system, central hemodynamice and a functional condition fetoplacental complex, and also development and introduction of a complex of treatment-and-prophylactic actions. For the first time clinical features of the remote consequences preeclampsia on a condition of reproductive health and somatic desease are investigated. For the first time features initial a background, current of pregnancy and sorts, and also perinatal outcomes deliveries women with preeclampsia are investigated at previous gestation. For the first time the role of vegetative nervous system in development obstetrical and perinatal complications at women with preeclampsia is shown at previous getation. Practical recommendations on decrease in frequency obstetrical and perinatal pathologies at women with preeclampsia are developed and introduced at previous gestation on the basis of carrying out of rehabilitation actions at a stage of planning of family, and treatment-and-prophylactic - in female consultation and obstetrical hospital.
