The dissertation was prepared to obtain a candidate's degree of technical science on a speciality 21.06.01 - Ecological Safety (technical sciences). - National Aviation University, Kiyv, 2005. The purpose of the work is to reduce the aircraft noise influence on airport personnel and people, who live in the vicinity of an airport, the development and realisation of recommendations for airport general planning according to acoustical factor. For the realisation of the aim the following tasks were solved: the norms, real acoustical conditions and current approaches for solving the problem of aircraft noise at airport territory and in it's vicinity were analised; the comparative analisys of the tasks of aircraft noise estimation at airport territory and in it's vicinity was made; the influence of airport planning on acoustical conditions at airport territory and in it's vicinity was investigaed; the models of noise generation, propagation and influence were developed taking into account spectral characteristics of noise sources and attenuation and screening effects; the sensitivity analisys according to mistakes in the initial data was investigated; the methodology for acoustical zonning of an airport was developed; the airport acoustical model was developed; the recommendations for aircraft noise control measures were developed. The recommendations for zones of aicraft noise influence control were applyed for the development of the chapter "Environmental Protection" of Kiev City General Plan for the period up to 2020 year in th part of aircraft noise influence estimation of the airport "Kiev-Zhuliany" on the terrirory of Kiev city.
