Object of research: the agricultural enterprises of Zhytomyr region. The purpose of research: a substantiation and development of offers concerning improvement of rent ground attitudes in agriculture. Methods: a dialectic method of knowledge, statistical generalisation, comparison, analysis and synthesis, comparisons, abstract-logical, monographic, sociological, correlation-regression analysis. Theoretical and practical results: are developed theoretical and methodical Approaches to a question of development of rent ground attitudes in an agriculture, improvements of mutual relations between proprietors and tenants, increases of efficiency of use of the rented grounds. Substantive provisions of work are finished to a level of methodical development and specific proposals on observance by the parties of treaty obligations, attraction of credits in an agriculture, to formation of the competitive rent environment. Scientific novelty: for the first time the mechanism of the mortgage of the right of rent ofthe grounds of agricultural purpose for reception by tenants of credits is theoretically proved and offered. It is offered: a parity between forms of a rent for the ground, advantages and lacks of payment of a rent depending on a crop and from a monetary estimation of the grounds are revealed; Methodical approaches to definition of influence of transformation of an arable land in others agricultural land for the size of its monetary estimation which is used for calculation of a rent. Have received the further development: a substantiation of priority actions on improvement of mutual relations between subjects of rent attitudes; a substantiation of directions of the further development of rent ground attitudes through: improvement of the ground legislation and Increases of efficiency of use of the rented grounds. Degree of introduction: the basic scientific positions of the dissertation are used by Central administrative board of an agriculture and the foodstuffs of Zhуtomуr regional state administration; Brusylov regional state administration of Zhуtomуr area; Zhуtomуr Central administrative board of ground resources; the Centre of reforming of an agriculture at Zhytomyr regional state administration, Open Company "Agrocompany Brusуlov" Brusуlov district, Zhуtomуr region. Efficiency: use of results of dissertations research will allow to improve calculations on a rent, to raise economic efficiency of use of the grounds, reproduction of fertility land, attraction of investments into an agriculture.
