Essay

Dissertation has been devoted to roadway stability due to their reuse at high rate of advance of longwall faces. New behavior of loosening zone around the roadway has been found, evolution of zone dimensions as a function of distance from the face and of placement this roadway relatively gob. Effect of mixed support to roadway stability has been investigated. Effect of mixed support to roadway stability has been investigated . Use of arched support in combination with rock bolts reduces rock convergence: for roof and floor 1,25-1,5 times, for roadway sides 1,1-1,25 times. New method has been developed to enhance roadway stability.
