Essay

The process of improvement of business activities for the enterprises of food industry. Ground methodical approaches and practical recommendations on improving of internal structuring of an enterprise. Methods of research are scientific abstraction, structural-logical constructing, economic-mathematical modeling, statistical analysis. In the work theoretical and methodological fundamentals of internal structuring of an enterprise are generalized. Trends of improving of organizational and economical mechanism of an enterprise management are developed, and system of efficiency evaluation of internal structuring transformations for the enterprises of food industry is proposed. Complex system of indicators for efficiency of evaluation of internal structuring for the enterprises is applied. Enterprises of food industry of Ukraine and educational process.
