Schuba B. Responsibility of the Members of Commercial Organizations as the Means of Protection of Its Creditors' Interests (Comparative Study of the German and Ukrainian Law).

The dissertation represents an accomplished original scientific work It contains comprehensive study of the problems of responsibility of the members of commercial organizations (companies and partnerships) from the point of view of protection of the interests of the creditors of such legal entities. The study comprises an in-depth analysis of the legislation and court rulings in the Ukraine and Germany and the comparison of the solution of the mentioned problems in these legal systems. Based on the analysis of the failures of the Ukrainian law and miscalculations in the German law and taking into consideration systematic peculiarities of the above numerous suggestions have been made with the aim of reforming current Ukrainian legislation.
