Model of system of complex designing and operating of water- supplying and water-diversion pipelines with valuation of their Reliability and technological ability and the choice of optimal The analysis of interrelations between object technological ability and the operating reliability were worked out. The methods of calculation of pipeline operating reliability and complex technological ability according to the materials of predicted valuation of project quality were worked out, the recommendations for choosing optional variants of complex pipeline projects are given according to the generalised indexes of their reliability and technological ability. The results of the work have been introduced and used in OKP Company "Luganskvoda", KP "Promkhimmontazh", PIKTI KP "Severodonetsk Stroyproekt", ZHKH Lugansk Regional State Administration.
