Vahoneva T. Periods (terms) in civil law

The dissertation is devoted to the research of the periods and terms in civil law. On the basis of analysis of the current legislation and the results of the previous scientific research works law nature of the periods and terms in civil law has been made out, the main features of civil terms have been found, the classification of the terms according to different law criteria has been carried out. The order and the peculiarities of calculation of the periods according to the norms of the current civil legislation have been distinguished. In the process of investigating the terms in civil law the problems of their legal confirmation and usage have been distinguished, the suggestions of improving the modern civil legislation have been carried out.
