Innovative development of the enterprises in contemporary economy. The decision of theoretic-methodical and applied problem of maintenance of stable innovative development of the industrial enterprises. The methods: abstract - theoretical, dialectic and historical; an induction, a deduction, the analysis and synthesis, the system approach; statistical and the graphic analysis; methods of expert estimations and statistical processing of the received results; economic-mathematical, imitating modeling. The theoretical and methodical bases of an estimation of levels of innovative development of the industrial enterprises, and also are proved theoretical approaches of definition of his qualitative characteristics; the imitating model of innovative development of the enterprises with use of positions of evolutionary economy; the model of stable innovative development of the enterprises on the basis of an author's mathematical substantiation are developed. The technique of an estimation of levels and imitating model of innovative development, recommendations of an estimation of efficiency of investments into the human capital in conditions of innovative development are introduced.
