Essay

On the ground of complex biochemical research it has been established that at the heart of metabolic changes in acute period of ishemic stroke lies strengthening of free radical rehabilitation processes, bioenergetic homeostasis of organism that leads to refractory pathology. Relying on the received results it is recommended to include in the complex of traditional therapy: lipidocorrective, antioxidant antiradical and membrane stabilizing medications. Key words: ishemic stroke, metabolic changes, biomembrane pathology.
