Essay

Changes of parameters of blood pressure daily profile (increasing of variability, parameters of blood pressure morning rise, percent time elevation), heart rate variabilities (increasing of sympathetic activity and decreasing of parasympathetic activity of vegetative nervous system), increasing of epinephrine and norepinephrine serum levels, impaired of arterial vessels functional condition (decreasing of muscular type arteries mechanosensitivity coeficient and degree of increasing of arteriolas diameter after acethylcholine) have been noted during observation in patients with hypertension. Correlations were established between investigated parameters, their power grew with increase of hypertension degree. Treatment with carvedilol, nebivolol and metoprolol to the same extent resulted in normalization of blood pressure daily profile, parameters of heart rate variability, carvedilol and nebivolol have shown endotheliumprotectial effect, carvedilol has resulted in significant decreasing of catecholaminesserum levels. The field of application is cardiology. The results of the study have been implemented into practical work of the clinical.
