Essay

Dissertation is devoted to the study of clinico-immunological acute respirator infections at children 7-14 years, to the ground of efficiency of the differentiated therapy. It is inspected clinically and immunologically 310 children. It is set that presence of negative factors of premonstratensian background, to concomitant pathology (chronic compensated tonsillitis, adenoids vegetations degrees), socially -factors is instrumental in the heavy flow of acute respirators infections, development of the complicated forms. The differentiated treatment of children was offered by preparations of arbidol, groprinosin, umcalor depending on the clinical flow, presence of hearths of concomitant pathology, character of immune answer.
