The object of study: processes of strategic management that are concerned with foreign activity of industrial enterprises; the purpose of work: theoretical verification and development of methodical recommendations concerning the determination of conditions and directions aimed at improving the process of enterprises foreign activity strategy creation; the methods of study and equipment: methods of theoretical generalisation, comparative analysis, statistical analysis; theoretical and practical results: the application of hierarchy analysis method to estimate the priority of international transaction forms while passing the stage of choosing of international transaction forms during implementing the process of enterprise foreign strategy creation is offered, the definition of term “foreign activity strategy” is adjusted, methodical approaches concerning choosing of strategic interests’ zones are generalised and added, methodical recommendations concerning designation of perspective ways to strengthenthe competitiveness of industrial enterprises’ products are developed and are based on substantiation of buy-back transactions expediency, methodical approach to implementation of international electronic marketing system in enterprises’ practice are submitted; practical importance of obtained results consists in developing of methodical background for complex using of modern forms and methods of international marketing and management while providing foreign activity that is aimed at improving of enterprise management system and strengthening of its competitiveness; the subject and degree of introduction: developments are implemented in practical activity of Private Company “Kharkiv Plant “Prommontazhelectronica”, State Enterprise “Malyshev Plant”; the sphere of use: practical activity of enterprises, educational process.
