Object: process of management by export activity of industrial enterprises. Purpose: development of suggestions on perfection of methods of analysis and estimation of efficiency of export activity of metallurgical enterprises of Ukraine. Methods: theoretical generalization, comparison, graphic and statistical analysis, systems approach, computer programming. Complex approach to the economic management by export activity of metallurgical enterprises is offered; the methodical providing for the automated system of analysis, estimation and prognostication of efficiency of export is developed. The system of indexes of estimation of efficiency of foreign economic activity of enterprises and method of estimation of efficiency of forms of payment of put on the export products is improved.
