The manuscript is dedicated to the comparative study of clinico-laboratory and instrumental-rontgenologic characteristics in patients aged 45-74 years, which demonstrate the phenomenon of subcompensated and decompensated partial androgenic deficiency of aging male (PADAM). The correcting influence of testosterone undecanoatis ("Andriol") on the miction quality and the state of mineral density of bone tissue (MDBT) in men with different pathology of prostate had been studied. The role of cytobionormalizing medications of proper cells, producing testosterone - "Testis-compositum" and "Vitam" had been specificated. The results of our clinical studies made possible to conclude that the definition of early stages of PADAM is essential for the determination of the initial testosterone dosing during androgen-correcting therapy and the substantiation of the indications for cytobionormalizing therapy of proper cells, producing testosterone and the luteotrophic hormone level which is one of the main markers ofthe management efficacy.The suggested correcting therapy with testosterone medications including the stimulation of the endogenous testosterone production in patients with PADAM is considered to be the best physiological method of the recovery of neurohumoral control in the system of "testicles-hypophysis-hypothalamus-overlying structures of the central nervous system (gonadostat)", which allows to improve the quality of miction and MDBT. High efficacy, low-cost and simplicity of the method had made possible to suggest it for the wide range of patients.
