Pilova K. Economic substantiation of quality of coal enterprises' production for power engineering.

Theoretical substantiation, methodical regulations and practical recommendations of determination of level of coal's quality for power engineering on the assumption of cost price minimizing of producing electrical power on solid fuel thermal power-stations are contained on the thesis. It is determined, that the level of coal's ash content is not economic substantiated. That is caused by an uncertainty of ratio of quality-quantity at the existent mechanism of price formation on a fuel. The heat of use got at coal combustion is suggested as a commodity. Depending on the coal improvement rate, the amount of heat of use has an extreme character with maximum at ash content that's equal to ash content of coal dirt mass. The technologic-and-economic model of the cycle "coal production - coal improvement - transportation - using on solid fuel thermal power-stations" is developed. Technological, power and economic evaluative criteria are offered. The scientific results obtained create a methodological base foreconomic determination of the level of fuel quality, depending on natural properties of fossil coal and technology of their combustion and also for the rational pricing on the basis of consideration the quality of commodity as a the amount of the heat of use contained in a coal.
