Grabovska O. Peculiarity of the legal proceedings cases about adoption of the children, who live in Ukraine by the foreign citizens.

The thesis deals with research problems of the legal proceedings cases about adoption of the children by the foreign citizens and development of the legislation in this sphere. In the thesis to be researched the reasons for conversion of the foreign citizens to Ukrainian courts with the application about adoption. The author considered the legal nature cases about adoption of the children by the foreign citizens, sources of law, which regulate the procedure of adoption of the children by the foreign citizens in Ukraine. The author analyses legal procedure of the consideration adoption cases in the court, the aim and content of this stage of process and court decisions. The special attention is paid to the problems of preparation of the cases about adoption of the children by the foreign citizens before legal consideration. Some theoretical conclusions on the researched questions and practical advises aimed at the improvement of the institute of the adoption are formulated. The author grounds the necessity of using the international agreements by courts in cases about adoption of the children by the foreign citizens, and also necessity of using the interpreter for giving the application about adoption to the court.
