Essay

Thesis is devoted to the questions of еndosurgical treatment of extra-uterine pregnancy with massive and moderate bleeding. On the basis of study of clinical, echographic, videoscopic, hormonal and hystostructural features it was developed chart of pathogenesis of interrupted extrauterine pregnancy with different bleeding and was grounded the volume of operative interference. The instrumental providing and method of operative technique is developed, that gave possibility to conduct treatment of the interrupted extrauterine pregnancy with moderate and massive bleeding by bloodkeeping and miniinvasive еndosurgical technology. It was proved the economic and technical efficiency, positive influence on the state of patients of the developed medical technology.
